Terms and Conditions: All Hetty Rose shoes can be made in the size and material of your choice from a selection of exquisite vintage Japanese kimono fabrics. Hetty Rose Shoes are all hand made using mainly vintage Japanese kimono fabrics. These fabrics are antique and therefore sometimes the fabrics can have small marks. A deposit of 50% of the total is to be paid on confirmation of order, the balacen when the shoes are finished. Should you wish to cancel your Bespoke order after confirmation, the 50% deposit will be lost. We always try however to work around any imperfections on the fabric. Owing to the nature of the recycled fabric each pair of shoes varies in colour and print making them truly individual. All shoes are non refundable. The exception is Ready to Wear collection where you have 14 days to receive a refund or exchange.
